GUIDED
WORKSHOPS
Learning together with others who share your passion, and perhaps your challenges, provides all sorts of benefits.
I would like to help you.
Someone helped me and I would like to help you.
That's the way the Kingdom works, God comforts us so that we can comfort others with the comfort we have received from God
(2 Corinth 1:3-5).
Therapy is a relationship: you, me ,and the Spirit of God.
- Real change only happens in relationship.
- I bring myself with the comfort I have received as well as my specialized skills and knowledge. When God calls, He also equips.
- You bring your need for comfort but you also bring your strengths and everything that makes you who you are.
- Therapy turns ‘me’ into ‘we’. Ecclesiastes tells us that two are better than one because together, we can help each other up.
God knit us together; we are holistic, mind, body, soul, and spirit.
- Counselling must address the whole person, the brain, mind, emotions, and the physical body!
- We are not Gnostics, we believe that the body is good and a valuable part of our self.
- Your body reflects your theology and is an instrument of worship (1 Corinth 6:20).
- If you are holding yourself together with coffee and junk food, or wine and pizza, you're not alone.
Freedom is waiting.

The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:18
